그래픽은 괜찮은 편. 의인화된 기물로 진행하는 체스게임류 중에선 독보적임. 하지만 네트워크 멀티플레이는 할 사람이 없음. 컴퓨터 한대로 같이 옆에 앉아 있는 사람과 핫시트 대전이 가능하다는 장점이 있음. 추천을 할까말까 사실 애매한데 의인화 체스라는 점에서 일단 추천은 눌러주겠음. 네트웍 멀티플레이를 할 수 있는 의인화 체스로 이제 워해머 레지사이드가 있어요. 근데 그쪽은 핫시트 대전이 없음.

그 도스용의 배틀 체스를 리메이크 한 게임. 일단 비교적 현대적인 그래픽으로 배틀 체스를 할 수 있다는 점은 좋은데, 유닛 식별이 힘들고(얘가 무슨 말인지 알 수가 없음) 애니메이션이 좀 심심하다. 그 2D 특유의 잔인성같은게 통째로 날아가씀... 가장 큰 단점은 사람들이 '인증 시뮬레이션'이라고 할 정도로 액티베이션 과정이 엄청 까다롭다. CD키 입력하고, 사용자 등록 절차를 거쳐 나온 키를 또 다시 써야한다. 대체 무슨생각인지 알 수가 없다. 배틀그라운드 모드는 좀 흥미로운데, 배틀체스에서 가졌던 혹시 저 싸움 역전하지 않을까 하는 감정을 충족시켜준다. 상대…

예전에는 마소 인증때문에 개판이였으나 지금은 인증이 사라져서 좋아요. 기물도 기본적인 기물이 있어서 구별하기도 좋구요.

게임 자체는 특정한 조건을 만족하면서 이겨라 같은 형태의 연속입니다. 점점 상대가 강해지고 그걸 이겨나가는게 아니라 퍼즐 모음집에 가까운 구성인데 이럴꺼면 차라리 퍼즐 책 하나 구해서 보는게 더 좋겠습니다. ai의 움직임도 좀 많이 정형화되 있어서 특정한 실수를 계속 합니다. 결론적으로 구입을 추천하지 않습니다. 차라리 이거 살돈 모아서 프리츠 사세요 프리츠

Chess – the unrivalled champion of strategy games has been attracting players of all ages for countless centuries. BATTLE vs. CHESS is based on the simple yet ingenious concept of creating a fusion between professional chess software and upbeat, combat oriented game mechanics, complete with richly animated game pieces. At the outset of a match things seem quite basic: a 3D game board pits two opponents against each other in a seemingly ordinary game of chess. The game board itself is set in one of six available environments, each with its own unique landscape and presentation features. Traditionally recognized game pieces have been given a facelift as hulking stone golems and beastly chimaeras take the place of the typical rook and knight pieces respectively.
