윈도우10에서 팅김 현상 심합니다. 언어야 그냥 참고 하면 되는데 팅김현상이 너무 심해서 못해먹겠네요. // 팅김현상 극복했습니다. 검색하니 방법 나오네요. 윈도우 해상도와 게임 해상도를 동일하게 맞추시면 해결됩니다. 팅김현상이 해상도 차이때문에 팅기는거라서 해상도 편하게 쓰시다가 팅기는 부분만 해상도 맞춰서 게임하시면 됩니다. 윈도우 해상도가 1920X1080 이면 게임 전략화면 해상도도 1920X1080로 전장 전투화면 해상도도 1920X1080로 맞추시면 문제 해결됩니다. 보통 전장에서 32유닛 이상이면 팅기는거 같습니다. 십자군이나 지하드는 쪼개지는 유닛이…

스팀버전이 한글 공식 지원 안하니 그렇다 쳐도 정식 한글판 시절 남아있던 문자 데이터를 가지고 수동 한글패치해보았는데 최신 패치 기준으로 프로그램적으로 한글을 아예 지원하지 않습니다. 만약 요즘 게임처럼 한글판이 없어도 유저 패치를 하면 된다고 기대하시는 분들에겐 실망이실겁니다. 만약 한국인중 하려는 분이 있다면 이 점을 유의하셔야 합니다. 상당히 안좋은 언어 지원으로 인해 저는 비추천합니다.

20년이 지난 지금 이 게임을 할 수 있다니 신기할 따름이다. 당시 학창시절 컴퓨터 수리점에서 불법으로 CD를 2장 구워서 만원에 팔았는데(찾아보니 아직 CD가 있음) 중고 도시바 노트북에 설치하여 부모님 몰래 했던 기억이 난다. 미디블 토탈워는 수많은 단점이 있었지만 내 최고의 게임중 하나고 유럽역사에 대해 관심을 가지는 계기도 되었다. 속는샘치고 2천원 주고 구매했다. 원래 엄청 팅겨 사람의 인내심을 테스트하는 게임인데... 신기하게 잘 된다.

어릴때 CD로 재밌게 했던 기억이 있어 구입해서 해봤는데... 한글로 할 수 없고 (한글로 안나와도 할 수 있음 ㅇㅇ 좀 불편하지 영어가 무슨 필기체 마냥 휘갈겨 써져 있어서) 중간중간에 갑자기 멈춰서 팅기고 전투 진행할때 유닛이 어느정도 좀 모이면 팅김. 이것만 패치해서 고치면 괜찮을텐데 다른 평가들 보면 몇년째 안하는듯

About MEDIEVAL: Total War™ - Viking Invasion
Set upon an extended map of the British Isles and western Scandinavia and taking place from 793 to 1066, Viking Invasion allows the player to assume the role of leader of the Viking faction as they raid, loot and pillage their way to supremacy.
Alternatively the player may take control of early Anglo-Saxon factions, such as Wessex and Mercia, with the aim of repelling the Viking invasion and ultimately controlling the British Isles in its entirety.
• Adds new Anglo-Saxon and Viking factions with additional units alongside the detailed new Campaign map.
• Also includes added functionality for the main game, such as flaming ammunition and three new factions with which to play through the original Grand Campaign.
