랜덤으로 주어지는 알파벳을 이용해 영단어를 만들어야 하는 로그라이크 게임. 발라트로의 훌륭한 변주라고 할 수 있을 정도로 중독성 있고 재밌음. 단, 게임 진행에 가장 필요한 능력이 다른 게임처럼 피지컬이나 상황 판단 능력이 아니라 어휘력이다. 그것도 영어 어휘력. 단순히 영어를 읽고 해석하는 수준이 아니라 일상적으로 쓰이지 않는 어휘들도 끄집어 낼 수 있어야 하기 때문에 어지간한 영어 실력으로는 쉽지 않다. 난이도가 영어 원어민에게 맞춰져 있기에 더더욱.

게임의 구조 자체는 발라트로와 매우 흡사합니다. 조커와 흡사한 조정자를 최대 6개까지 활용해서 점수를 합연산 혹은 곱연산으로 증대시킬 수 있고, 덱에 기본적으로 주어지는 수십 개의 알파벳 타일을 개별로 강화할 수 있으며, 단어 조합에 여러 제약을 가하는 스페셜 라운드는 보스 블라인드를 연상케 합니다. 하지만 여타 발라트로라이크와의 핵심적인 차별점이라 하면 게임을 헤쳐나가는 데에 있어서 게임 자체의 숙련도보다도 플레이어가 활용할 수 있는 어휘의 가짓수가 절대적으로 중요하다는 점입니다. 같은 알파벳이 몰려 나오는게 단순 운인지 어떤 현상인지는 모르겠는데, 오토체스로 치면 3성 띄울 정도로 많이 나옴. 변수 통제를 위한 수단이 조금 더 있었으면 좋겠다는 생각. 게임이 머리가 아프긴 하지만 기믹이 신선하고 재미가 있음. 보드게임 그거 솔리테어로 하는 느낌.

Spelling

Click, drag, or type to spell the best and biggest words you can find.

Scoring

Score points based on the value of each letter, and the length of the word.

Modifiers

Modifiers change the rules of the game, in your favour. Add more tile spaces, build Bonus Points, make Q tiles become QU tiles, and more.

Upgrades

Upgrades let you improve, destroy, discard, or duplicate tiles.

Gifts

Gifts add new tiles to your letter bag. Like wildcards, mirror tiles, and the legendary + tile.

Special Tiles
