마르잔 샤트라피의 '페르세폴리스'와 더불어 1979년에 일어난 이란 혁명을 다룬 몇 안되는 작품. 왕정과 민주주의, 폭력과 비폭력, 이슬람과 공산주의의 대립으로 혼란스러웠던 당시의 상황을 실제 자료와 함께 풀어내고 있다. 게임을 플레이하는 내내 우리나라에서 일어났던 민주화 운동들을 떠올렸지만 우리나라와 달리 지금의 이란은 혁명 당시 꿈꾸었던 민주화를 이루지 못하고 신정 독재국가가 되어버렸다는 것이 매우 안타깝다.

부패한 정부및 외세의 간섭을 배제한 국민의 손으로 독립국을 만들고자 열망했던 1979년의 이란 혁명을 다룬 게임입니다. 게임을 하는동안 과거 우리나라의 민주화 운동이 많이 교차되는 느낌이 들었네요. 그동안 이란에 대해서 몰랐던 사실들을 알게 되어서 좋았고, 게임 자체의 몰입감에도 만족합니다. 19개의 챕터로 구성되어있지만, 각 챕터의 플레이 시간들이 짧기 때문에 전체적으로 보면 플레이 시간이 긴 편은 아닙니다. 3D 스타일의 스토리텔링 게임을 좋아하신다면 추천드리고 싶습니다. ▶ 점수 : 8 / 10

역사에 관심 많아서 구매하게 됬습니다. 이란 혁명에 대한 여러가지 사실들을 실제 사진과 함께 보여주며, 다양한 선택지를 가지고 있습니다. 하지만... 구현되는정도는 워킹데드 급이라 큰 기대는 안하셔도 됩니다. 스토리는.... 아주 큰 기대 안하시고 보신다면 좋습니다.

이란 현대사 전반과 1979년 이슬람 혁명의 전개과정을 게임으로 배울 수 있는 훌륭한 작품입니다. 세간에 왜곡되어 있는 이란의 이미지에 대한 재고를 도와줄 수 도 있을 듯 싶습니다. 강추!!
