장비에 등급과 능력치를 붙인 아이템 파밍 시스템이 추가됐지만, 왜 넣었나 싶을 정도로 게임의 핵심적인 재미에는 큰 영향을 주지 않는다. 기존 액션 게임에 파밍의 향만 살짝 첨가한 수준. 그래도 그 부분을 제외하면 전투와 조작, 전체적인 게임 구성에서 전작보다 발전한 모습이 느껴졌다. 의미가 크지 않은 파밍 시스템은 다소 겉돌았지만, 기본적인 액션의 재미가 좋아져 1편보다 조금 더 재미있게 플레이했다. **7.5/10**

다크사이더스 시리즈는 스토리와 설정이 흥미롭다. 2는 1에 비해서 전투가 좀 더 강조되었고, RPG처럼 바뀐 부분이 매력이다.
